Camp Basics
When is camp?
Camp will be held at Schafer Auditorium at Bedford Middle School from June 18th - 22nd.
Camp meets daily from 9am - 3pm Monday - Thursday and from 9am - 7:30pm on Friday (public performance at 6pm)
Who can participate?
Students grades 1-12 (students must have completed kindergarten in order to register, and are eligible through the summer following high school graduation)
What's the registration fee?
Early bird registration is available through April 30th ($129)
Regular registration is open from May 1 - June 13th ($169)
Late registration begins June 14th ($189)
Do you provide scholarships?
We do! You can learn more about our scholarship program here.
Is extended care available?
Yes, extended care is available from 8am - 9am and from 3pm - 4pm and can be elected during registration ($10 per morning or afternoon session).

What is a day at theatre camp like?
Each day is a little different, but for the most part, mornings are spent learning the scenes, songs, and dances that are part of the play. During this time, students work together with children of a variety of ages to collaborate on the production. Most afternoons, students participate in age-specific workshops in theatre topics like improv, stage combat, storytelling, dance, musical theatre, etc. The specific topics vary each year. On Friday, the students perform for their friends, family, and the public, complete with sets, costumes, props, and music, which have all been professionally designed and built for the students.
How much are tickets to the public performance?
Each student registered receives two tickets for the performance. Additional tickets are available at the door 30 minutes prior to the performance. Additional adult tickets are $5 and student tickets are $3.
What is the camp location like?
Schafer Auditorium is a wonderful facility, fully-equipped for educating and entertaining families. We will spend the majority of our time in this lovely theatre space. In addition, some of our programming will take place in classroom spaces at Bedford Middle School. All areas of the school are air conditioned for your camper's comfort.

Beauty & The BeastSummer Camp 2018As their beloved books disappear off the shelves, Beauty and her team of local librarians embark on a quest to rescue them from the city sewers. There, they find the Beast and his henchmen searching desperately to cure the curse that has transformed them all into animals of the lowest degree. Amidst dancing pigeons, ticklish books, and enchanted blue roses, Beauty and the Beast learn that it's only by working together that they can save the day.
