Compass Creative Dramatics is a small-but-mighty team, with two full-time owners, a handful of part-time administrative contractors, and a slew of seasonal designer, builder, and teaching artist contractors. Through our professional contractors and our growing internship program, we bring on artists who are passionate about children's access to arts education and providing access to professional theatre experiences to students throughout the United States.
