Designers and technicians of color and of all identities are encouraged to apply.

Details of each position vary; please read through the information fully prior to submitting.

Other designers and technicians

Compass costumes are built for the long-haul; each show’s costumes travel for many years and are worn hundreds of times before retiring.

Please note that the information below is generalized for all projects; specific projects may have shorter or longer time commitments or require fewer or different skillsets than are listed here. For immediate project availability, please search The League of Chicago Theatres.

Because we are a traveling company with minimal technical requirements, our designer and technician needs are fairly minimal. However, we do annually work with at least one graphics designer, musical arranger, sound designer, and other folx who help enhance Compass students' theatrical experience.

Please send your resume and any relevant links to: submissions@ccdramatics.com and we will keep you on file!
